Bringing out the beauty of the world

Strange or stranger

It’s almost 3 forty-twelve. Is it late, almost too late?
Nope…

Tonight, we keep flowing beautifully in our listening, because deep down, night after night, something begins with Ensemble 0.
Like a clandestine hope in times seem that inhospitable to it.

So, if the crash of the fall in other places is not heard, here in silence, beyond words, it reverberates, and everything will be given to it. And we will risk a song, to grow – pick and collect, again and again, the anger that keeps us standing.
From beginning to end, night after night, we will witness the trajectory of the bullet inside our bodies, which shakes up what we thought was alive.

Strange or stranger, we will cross authorized borders, through time and space, to the point of losing tracks of where we come from, and where we are going.
It doesn’t matter, after all.
After all, exactly.

In collaboration with Marie Cosnay, inspired by her translation of Ovid, for the nuit#couchée 2023, in Bayonne, at the invitation of Stéphane Garin.

With the voices of Janet Cardiff, Etienne Tassin, Jérôme Sueur, Marguerite Duras, Jacques Chancel, Jean-Claude Ameisen, Raphaël Enthoven, Jane Sautière, Camille de Toledo, Mathieu Potte-Bonneville, Camille Louis, Marie Cosnay.
